@@kwol1ty620 You can buy a private island, which costs about 17k but you need to have had active premium for at least 28 days. The best option for f2p players and newbies is the guild island. For that, you need to create a guild, as only the guild master can purchase one but if you are in a guild and the guild master has bought one, you should be able to access it, granted the leader didn't restrict it. It costs about 105k but you don't need premium for it and anyone in your guild can access it. Now for houses, the prices vary. A t1 and t2 house usually is no more than 20k but a t5 or t6 will be far more expensive because the materials are rarer. Note that prices of materials for housing will vary from region to region so, make sure to look around before you purchase something. Hope this helps!
