No.. coconut is the best. Sesame oil has pungent smell that over does the jasmine fragrance. Olive like oils are more dumb and dead oil without any life atleast for Indian context

Hi, Definitely Alcohol Intermediary Method can be use to make infused oils..The measurement will be 1 oz of dried flower 1/2 oz of alcohol for 8 oz of carrier oil..But this method is suggested for dried flowers and herbs not for fresh flowers..

Hi, It may be because of the kind of jasmine used.. Mine was extremely strong..After two weeks of steeping(2 batches of flowers) the oil has only jasmine smell.

You can use carrier oil of your choice...I prefer home made coconut oil..you can use olive oil too..That depends on you..Flowers should be completely out of moisture so drying out is must..

Hi, Making infused oil without carrier is not possible..If you wish to store for longer time, dry the flowers before adding.. If dried flowers are used you can store for more than a year..
