I notice that so many people pin everything from the outside of the pant / dress etc when they are taking in seams. Maybe it is old school, but I always learned to put your clothes on inside out. This way it is much easier to get a true fit for yourself or individual. This is what you ended up doing in a indirect way. Overall this is a very nice tutorial. I would like to see how you take up a pair of jean that are too wide and keeps sliding down. A pair that has belt loops like most regurlar jeans.

Can you sew the inside seam like the new way to hem the bottom of jeans to keep the original look of a jean hem?

Hi! 👋🏽 Make sure you lay everything out as flat as possible and pin where you want the stitch to be. When you're sewing, make sure your two layers of fabric and not moving different from one another. I hope this made sense. 🙏🏽
