I just made 4 heaping pans of your baked rigatoni and 4 pans of your mac & cheese for a family member’s funeral. About 50+ people. There were a few other things that I didn’t make, but the mac & cheese was a hit. The rigatoni was an even bigger hit. Thank you for sharing your gifts my brother. 🥘💙

Yes you’re right. A few years ago I started doing turkey wings instead of whole and never went back lol.

I’ve been making turkey wings for the holidays last few years and always bake and they come out awesome. Definitely trying this in about 3 weeks for Thanksgiving. Will update after.

I'm trying this! My family and I have been doing turkey flats and tips instead of a whole turkey for years. I've never fried them, though.
@JamesLloydKeyboardist7 күн бұрын
Brother Matt, if I may make a suggestion that I think many of us fans of yours would dig and appreciate. Will you please show us some techniques and tips on cooking for a mob? For example, your baked rigatoni or mac & cheese for 30-40 people. Also any other dish you feel would work well for this purpose. It’ll be great to see a pros take on how to have everything ready around the same time. Do we juggle several pots simultaneously or make things in batches? Thank you in advance. I already know you’re gonna kill it. 🥘💙

Omg I love that idea. I hate cooking the whole Turkey. This way I can afford ham and Turkey. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤😮

LOOKING GOOD. Turkey flats are my favorite part. This sounds like a great change to cook in the church cafeteria. I like that you have your, I guess, camera men taste test what you cook. They seem to enjoy.

I love turkey wings. Typically we brown stew it in Jamaica but I glad to learn a new way. I would have never thought about the buttermilk marinade to make them tender 👌🏾

Lemon flavor would go well with string beans and mashed potatoes and cornbread.
