I'm so glad I found you! Got to love the pat hat. I'm kind of keto but mainly I follow Dr gundry's program, lectin free plant paradox. I was able to cure my debilitating heartburn and achy joints. I love to take keto recipes and make them plant paradox and this is one few of them. Because of you guys I ordered a whole bunch of seasonings and pork rinds. Made chicken nuggets in the air fry the other day for my five and seven year old granddaughters with the dill pickle. Made a homemade ranch dressing and we all loved it. Wanted to make another case for using butter. According to Dr gundry and other doctors I've seen on podcast, when you add dairy to your coffee you're canceling out the polyphenols that are so good for us. You guys rock!

Happy to see this as I am addicted to the international delight French vanilla creamer I’m going to try making creamer using keto chow vanilla with French vanilla extract to intense the flavor. I will be using heavy whipping cream because I like my coffee light and sweet. I hope it’s a success because it’s the only thing I haven’t given up since I’ve gone keto. I’ve been reluctant to use butter because if I don’t like it then I’ve wasted expensive butter and a keto chow. I’m still ordering 1pack to taste which flavors I like best to then order the big bags. Ha! I literally just posted yesterday to the KC Support Group asking for input on making the Chocolate Malt into a creamer. I usually just make it up by adding the coffee instead of water into my blender with the butter and KC, but I noticed the malt flavor really blooms better when mixed up and chilled for 2+ days. Just sat down after making 4 bottles of different keto chow shakes and one cremi ice cream . I made two of my shakes using egg nog flavor and add peppermint stevia drops and blend it well . Man now I see a new flavor and creamer recipe . Back to the kitchen to make the creamer . Thanks Public’s for having butter buy one get one last week lol . Thanks again . I have found that by cutting way back on the strength of the coffee, I do just fine with less than a tablespoon of half and half. I seems the stronger the coffee, the more creamer is required to cover, or blend, really producing pretty much the same flavor and same delight in the end. I’d say that I use about a quarter of the recommended amount of grounds the day, and less than a tbsp of h/h. That less than a gram. It’s also interesting just how little steeping is required for tea these days. Like less than 10 quick dips of a tea bag. And oh goodness, the sweetness.

This definitely looks good, but I think your butter buttons with this flavor would be yummy. I like Peppermint Mocha at this time of year too. Miss the peppermint ice cream my daughter and I would share during this season. Definately agree about saltiness. I think i will cut my butter buttons to one salted and one unsalted. 😊

I may try this with the chocolate mint KC as actual peppermint mocha has chocolate in it. Totally going to try that peppermint flavor as a cold treat, though! The price isn't really much different than the Super Creamer but the flavor possibilities are great! I've used a mixed keto chow as creamer before with normal measurements of fat source. This would be richer.

I hope they bring mint ketochow back soon. I never had a chance to buy it. There is the chocolate mint but doesn't sound as yummy as candy cane mint. I used to buy candy canes at Christmas to drop into my coffee. If long I stirred with it , if small I just dropped it in. Am still having after dinner treat cravings. Hence the one madjule date. However one date led to two dates. I know I'm on a slippery sloap. Got to get out and make treats soon. That I can eat. It is spring in Maine. Still only 50 f. But better then 15.

Just a note, in my humble opinion the Snickerdodle does not pull off. It tastes like butter than any cookie like mixture. Disappointed, but even adding a few drops of peppermint flavoring to the chocolate is passable off the the holiday season. I WILL be ordering the holiday flavors early and plentifully next November!

How about a peppermint keto hot cocoa recipe. I am definitely getting too many calories in my morning coffee. I like butter and heavy cream in my Moka Java. I'm not a fan of other flavors in my coffee, but I do like peppermint flavored hot cocoa on a cold winter evening. If I consume too much coffee I can't sleep. I have found an alternative on Amazon called NuKaf. It's made with chicory. I drink it in the evening with a splash of vanilla, a splash of heavy cream, and one drop of liquid sucralose. It has a similar flavor to hot cocoa with much less calories. I don't know if heavy cream bloats me or not.

I wish it was sweeter. Love the keto chow as a shake but had to add 5 packets of other (not regular) sugar to make it sweet enough. Trying to figure out how to make a “sweeter” creamer. The sugar free ones are too thin or not sweet enough. I sheets like a little coffee with my cream and sugar. 🤣
