How do you recreate faces so good when I try it ends up looking nothing like it do you have some tips?

I use the templates and faces which display similar features to who I am trying to create, once I've found the closest match I'll get a photo of google of the face and then change each facial feature bit by bit to try and create the character, honestly it's harder than it sounds and takes a long time 😂 the key is to just keep trying and trying...have a break then come back to it with a fresh mind and eventually it should work out!
