No ma. Palm kernel oil is sold in chemical stores where soap materials are being sold. It has a typical palm kernel smell when u get it.

U add alcohol while dealing with hot process. Yes for foam booster but it will increase ur cost price

It comes in liquid form. It helps to speed up the hardening of your soap. I mean makes the soap strong and firm and also have a shiny look and good appearance.

Freezer and fridge dont have any role at all to play in soap making. Your soap will solidify on it own in an airy environment.

Use what ur soap app gives u dear. I dont use soap app. I calculate with my pen and paper. Soap app was made by some one. The SAP value for pko is 0.178 not 0.168. And it was gotten from the lab. Of which u can rerun it to see if is true or not. Meanwhile we don’t super-fat of discount in laundry soap.
