Not to rain on anyone's parade, but after wiring up 3 sets of 3 leds each, at 6:05 those 9 leds suddenly become just 6 leds. Those 6 leds do "chase" but earlier (before 6:05) when there were 9, only the first in each set lit. Three walnut half-shells and a dry pea, and this fellow would be all set to do the bait and switch at the carnival. Too bad it doesn't actually work for you.
