Thanks! If you are wanting to make classic lemon bars that are baked then I'd refrain from using this method. Lemon bars need the different method of cooking to set if it needs baking. Plus the texture of lemon bars is already awesome 🍋😀

Absolutely. I recommend tempering it from the fridge before using for piping. Leave it at room temperature for a few minutes and stir the mixture with a silicone spatula before piping.
