I add a couple more steps and get low calorie goodness. I clean and zest the lemon skins, then cover the zest strips in sugar. then juice the lemons and pour it over the sugar-zest. THen add half of the hot water from the tap and leave it out for an hour or more to extract more flavour from the zest. I then add a bunch of aspartame sweetener (but could be sugar) for the bulk of the sweetness. Then refrigerate. When dispensing I add 1/3 cup ice, 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup of the lemon mix. I am storing concentrate in the fridge needing less room, especially if a bunch of people show up then I can make more cups to share by diluting a little bit more than normal. The zest introduces more complexity and richness of flavour.

Good one. Thanks for the upload. Just a suggestion, if there are some measurements, things can be a lot easier to make. For example, 10 lemons and 2 spoons of sugar in 6 glasses of water. And then add lemons/water/sugar as you like.
