Two cups of chickpeas
Soak in water for 12 hours or more
Drain the water
Onion
cilantro parsley
garlic sliced
Mixed
Add a little water
A teaspoon of coriander
A teaspoon of cumin
A quarter cup of baking soda
Salt to taste
Mix everything
Shape the falafel with a mold or use your hands
