The soap produced from this process is not ideal for bathing. Toilet soaps require different raw materials all together. Toiler soap are made from organic materials,that will be another lesson for another day.

Thanks Sarchris Omodia, for a 20 liter production you need 600g of each of the solid ingredients except for the colour and pefume and 1 liter of each of the liquid ingredients For the perfume and colour add to your taste i.e. you stop adding when you have gooten the taste you want.

Thanks Happy For Your interest in making liquid soap. For a 20 liter production You need 600 grams of all the solid chemicals excepts for caustic soda (150 grams), one liter each of sulphonic and foaming booster, 40 ml of perfume and a teaspoonful of colour. Thanks

Yes it can be used as hand wash. Accommodate it to a hand wash by using a very friendly perfume like vanilla or lemon etc. Liquid soap such as this has the power to destroy even ebola virus.

Thanks Latifat Jimoh for your interest in liquid soap. If you want to make double of that preparation all you will do is to double each ingredients in quantity including the water used. Each of the solid soap raw materials in the video measured 300gm and each of the liquid materials such as the Sulphonic and Foaming booster measured half a liter.

Thanks Adeola for your interest in soap making, 1. if your soap does not form if it come in contact with oil, it simply means that the quantity of forming booster and forming agent is not enough in your preparation set up please use the quantity given in the video. . 2. Foaming booster can be prepared when you mix SLS with sulphonic. you can do it your self . take some quantity of SLS and poor it into sulpnonic and stir carefully. the dark colour of sulphonic gradually disappears until it becomes transparent liquid.

Thanks Chinelo Moronu for your interest in the names of liquid soap chemicals. Formalin is a preservative and it is optional. The foaming agent used in this preparation is called SLS But a foaming booster is formed When SLS is mixed with SULPHONIC, This means that when you mix sulphonic with SLS , the dark brown colour of sulphonic disappears and gradually a transparent liquid called foaming booster is formed-

Yes, You can use the soap to wash cars. it is best for washing cars because it is mild on car paints but hash on stains. For every 20 liter production Use 600 gram of all solid materials except caustic soda which is 200 grams. The liquid materials require half a liter each. use colour and perfume according to your taste

Each of the solid materials i used in that video production weighs 300g except caustic soda which is 150 g. For 25 liters of soap, pls use about 250 g- 300g of caustic soda. This is because caustic soda affect your fabric when used in excess.

Thanks Nsen, The two chemicals serve the same function. You can only use one in place of the other. using the two of them at the same time will cause overdose of chemicals in the solution and that can affect your hands as you use the soap solution after some times.

Sorry for replying late, sodium laurel sulphate (SLS) and sodium sulphate both deposit sodium ion and sulphate ion in the solution. But the sodium laurel sulphate (SLS) will give you a better quality than the sodium sulphate

The quality of your soap will improve by using either SLS or TEXAPON. Using the two chemicals at the same time is like a waste of chemical and will some how reduce the quality of the soap due to excess chemicals used.

If you still get the same result then get another set of soap chemicals from another chemical shop making sure that the chemical are not expired .pls give me a feed back after all these trials.
