We just made this tonight. Holy Moly was it ever good, thank you. Chicken breasts are enormous in size sometimes. Krogers wanted $4.99/lb for boneless and skinless chicken breasts. We went with bone in and skin on chicken breasts for $1.49/lb. I deboned them and removed the skin myself to save a little money. Wasn’t very difficult at all if any one was wondering. What I want to add here is that if you attempt this recipe with the very large chicken breasts I mentioned and actually had, it may not turn out as well. What I did was to cut the breasts in half and then pounded them down to flatten them a bit while simultaneously tendering them. Turned out fantastic.

Oven bake some mushrooms. Fill em with garlic butter and sliced white cheddar, place parm breadcrumbs on top and broil em.

Thanks for the video. Enjoyed it. If you get the chance, find out how Golden Corral gets their roast so cottonpickin tender. My roast, no matter how long I cook it. Doesn't matter if I use Chuck roast or Sirloin roast. I'm sure, my tennis shoes would be more tender than my roast!!😒😒🤣🤣!

For a chuck or sirloin cut would recommend braising. If you want to oven roast, try a rib cut, strip or London broil. Cook to an internal temp of 130-150 degrees and slice thinly after it rests. Best of luck!🥰

This recipe sounds yummy. I stopped on it because I was actually searching for a recipe for Noodles & Company’s Parmesan crusted chicken. It’s not a main dish like this one, rather it’s one of their protein options. My non-verbal autistic son loves it. We just moved and are no longer close to a Noodles & Company. He keeps requesting it on his communication device, and it breaks my heart that I can’t make that happen.
