Thanks for the vid John! Id like to make a request if possible. I bought your cookbook hoping my favorite dish from when I would visit Lula's would be in it, but I can't find it! Can you make a video on Shrimp Curwood, or is there a place to find the recipe?

Thank you! The reason I didn’t put Shrimp Curwood in the book was that it required as a main ingredient my homemade Tasso. It’s the recipe everyone asks for. I’ll post the recipe, along with the Tasso recipe soon, so the adventuresome can give it a go. Tasso is also available on Amazon, but it’s not quite the same. Thanks for your support!
