There are number of video tutorials on how to make pma but no one will tell you its secrets like number of turns, connection settings, number of poles, copper wire size, gauge, magnet size and shape and many more. But in this video I will tell you each and every thing that is supposed to be manufacturing secret. I hope you will learn much from this video.

I had tested years ago the same method and design but my turns was 2000 * 10 poles and normal but double black magnets. The result was 245 to 250 v. I like your effort but you need to less the turns because some time the speed can increase and it can damage the winding wire. Allah kareem Apko Es se ziada bhot ziada Kamiyabi ata farmaye.

thank you brother, what strength magnets did you use? like do you know the kg pull force of the magnets?

If you were to put copper coils on both sides to use the magnetic current that is on the back sides of the magnets should double your current at the same rpm

Why not put copper coils on both sides of the magnets?....would not doing this double your voltage at the same rpm?

excellent stuff! I wonder what at 600rpm you would look to drive as prime mover, further, more poles lower RPM so applications for hydro and VAWT also possible. good work!

Thanks VERY much for this. It was very helpful. For some reason, whenever anyone does a how to vid? Or just a video of the turbine they're making? They ALWAYS leave something out - usually the gauge wire they're using. Or when they take measurements of performance? They tell you volts - not amps or watts. Drives me nuts. Lol. Great, GREAT vid. Thumbs up and sub'd!
