How to make meat and vegetable skewers.
Hello everyone, today we prepare a delicious skewers of meat and vegetables. You can use them for a starter or a meal with a nice green salad.

Meat and vegetable skewers.
Ingredients:
500 grams of beef or veal.
1 zucchini.
12 medium mushrooms.
½ green bell pepper.
½ red bell pepper.
Garlic, parsley to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Bamboo sticks.
Preparation:
Prepare the marinade for the meat, adding in a bowl, crushed garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
Cut the meat into strips of approximately 2.5 centimeters.
Add the garlic and parsley preparation to the meat, marinate for a minimum of 2 hours to 24 hours (refrigerated).
Cut the zucchini into half slices of approximately 2 cm.
Cut the mushrooms in half.
Cut the peppers into 2 cm squares as well.
All the pieces of both meat and vegetables should be about the same size.
Hydrate the bamboo skewers in water.
Insert on a toothpick alternating vegetables and meat.
Grill the skewers on a griddle over medium heat and occasionally brush them with the garlic and parsley mixture.
Serve hot.
