MEATBALLS RECIPE USING A BLENDER
Ingredients:
250 gr or ¼ kg of beef
1 chicken egg white
3 tbsp tapioca flour
2 cloves of garlic that have been fried and mashed
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
½ tsp baking powder
35 gr or - + 3 ice cubes
Meat processing:
• Remove meat from fat, veins or fibers, then cut and wash thoroughly.
• Leave the meat in the freezer until half frozen.
• Cut the meat into smaller pieces and chop until slightly smooth.
