I do think the meditation niche is a little saturated but I also think, if you put the effort in, make good content and build a brand around the channel, you will beat 95% - 98% of the channels that do this and give up after a couple of months. Meditation or ambience music channel is super saturated. I’ve see so many channel that are great quality but with only less than 300 subscriber even after posting regularly for 2 years

But the others have nothing to do with you starting one. Almost every major restaurant has a burger. McDonalds and BK are still making them, Wendy's and Krystals still make them, you can go to Fuddruckers and get one, how many more places you know has a burger on the menu. most mediation videos get low views. it is a good way to make passive income as a sup channel but don't think you're going to be making 100k a month. you might make 1200 or so if your channel picks up plenty of views but there will be no sponsorships and affiliate marking is nearly dead.

From my understanding of this topic you will not be able to monetize your channel using this method. You could but it's risky because you could become demonetized at any time. Best thing to do is create you own sounds and recordings. Just nature clips you have recorded of a park or something. And your own sounds. You can even use an audio clip from KZbin audio library by rearranging them in turn creating your own unique sound.

That has nothing to do with Pexels. That means that you are stealing somebody's audio and that is what is causing you to get copyright claims. Everything on Pexels is 100% royalty-free. I use it all the time. However, if you pair it with audio that is NOT royalty free, you will get a copyright claim.
