In this video you will learn how to make a mermaid tail fin balloon garland that you can easily make for your under the sea party theme! The balloon garland is made of blue, aqua, pink and purple balloons but you could customize to any colours you like! Within the video I also go over how to attached the balloon garland to the wall or backdrop!

Materials:
• Balloon Kit - Etsy - Itssandiy
• 9 (11 inch) Purple Balloons & 5 (5 inch) Purple Balloons
• 9 (11 inch) Pink Balloons & 5 (5 inch) Pink Balloons
• 9 (11 inch) Blue Balloons & 5 (5 inch) Blue Balloons
• 9 (11 inch) Aqua Balloons & 5 (5 inch) Aqua Balloons
• Mermaid Tail Foil Balloons
• Scissors
• Glue Dots or tape
• Electric Balloon pump (optional)
• Ribbon
• Balloon Weight
• Safety Pin/Command Hook

Tips & Tricks:
You will have a total of 14 quads! Start from the largest quad and move to the smallest. Half way up to the tail start to slant the additional quads to make the balloon garland arch. When attaching the tail you wrap the ribbon around the tail and then pin the additional ribbon to the wall or backdrop. To give the tail extra support, you can tape it together.
