Ravi, any reason you manually delete the calls in Hyros rather than just never sending unqualified calls to to a page with the passthrough data from hyros in the first place? Just curious if there's something that can be improved on your end, or if it's by design to be manual and why. Thanks man!

We do it manually so that we can also delete anyone who seems qualified but turns out not to be later on in the sales process. This way, when we look at the metrics in our ads manager, it shows the true cost per qualified call.

@@RaviAbuvala Appreciate the response man. One follow up question - Do certain conversions later get reverted in FB? With the example you just gave me, I would imagine it might take 12-48 hrs depending on when the app came in to find out if they are truly qualified. At that point, hyros would have already sent the conversion to the ads platform. If you delete the call, does it remove the conversion data from FB?
