Check your command blocks. See if they have syntax errors. Also, this wasn't designed for flying. Flying requires more commands.

Too make it more creepy, make a command block to make it so the music is quiet, it make the world feel empty. Maybe /kill some mobs using command blocks to make it more empty. Also you could make player sounds happen to make it even more scary.

You know why because your coordinates is different and his coordinates is different so for the radius thing 1 number is equal to 5 blocks in a circle ⭕️ so it doesn’t load forever
