How to make moist Banana Cake/ Banana Cake Recipe

This banana bread is very soft and moist in the inside.
INGREDIENTS :
3 very ripe Banana
1 1/2 cup Plain flour or All purpose flour (180g)
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Butter, melt if prefer (115g)
1/2cup Granulated sugar (100g)
1/4 cup Brown sugar (45g)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup milk (80ml)

I made it today. I didn't have brown sugar so I used about 2tbs of date syrup instead. I also didn't have enough butter and used about half the amount of butter listed in the recipe and a little bit of sunflower oil. I also added kakao and chocolate nibs. Turned out AH-MAZING. Thanks for the recipe.

Thank you for this recipe. I made it today turned out pretty good. I had to extend the 55 minutes at 350 degree baking time to 85 minutes because when I checked the inside with toothpick at 55 minute, it was very soft and not ready. last 20 minutes was at 300 degree. I also added some cranberry to it which became a nice addition.

Looks good, I've made a similar thing before, but it would be nice to have more international weights and measures. In Scotland, cups are for tea and they come in lots of different sizes depending how thirsty ye are! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🤭🤗

Use of baking soda instead of baking powder makes the cake denser and more aptly a 'pound cake'. If you use baking powder, the cake will be more aerated.
