How do I make a video 10 minutes? What is the ideal target amount of words? How much filler content? Also if I pay someone to write me the script/article then have someone do the voice over can I specify how long time wise I want it to be?

On average people can speak 130 words per minute so for a 10 minute video of straight talking you would need 1300 words. Or you can make a small breaks through the audio maybe 5-10 seconds at most which can eat up a minute or two.

Inshot and filmora work well. You can also use wevideo which is a browser based editor and they have a app as well. I actually use wevideo and I'm a beginner it's very very simple. I havent used the app but I use the desktop view on google chrome mobile browser which works decently but I would reccomend using a stylus
