I go to my local gaming store and show off painted miniatures I’ve done to the game players during game events. I use batch painting / speed painting techniques for army building or board games figures. I put in a few hours a night after my regular day job. I can make several hundred dollars a month painting. It’s easy work I enjoy.

great and honest video, there are so many different professional miniature painters. When i started painting i followed Sorastro, i found it easiest to understand the process painting with layering method, but as i improve i follow more Jose da vinci especially for brush pincel technic , because i understand what he does , although i'm way under his level of course , i discover glaze interest with him. Then i buy an airbrush, (yours infinity !) and for airbrush it was your vidéos that i understand better and help me a lot. When i start trying OSL or special effect i found elminiaturista very efficient in his demonstration. When i want to chill and relax i watch sergio calvo in asmr way, i admire but i know it is less pedagogical than you or jose da vinci for example.

this is a great video full of good advice. i've painted wargame commissions for 5 years (as freelance and side money). i wish i saw this video 5 years ago. it would've saved me much trouble : 30 intercessors, 1 captain and 1 dreadnought, assembly and painting for a 100€; never again...

@AngelGiraldeZ I have a small market for now cause I also have a day job. The level of this market is the medium or tabletop standard. I want to know how can I start to increase my market and also paint better (I already have your Vol.2 Book and I need to buy only the vol.1), so that to do painting miniatures a standard day job.

@@vaggelistsaras5394 If you want to improve in painting, starting at level 1 (tabletop painting) might not be the best option, as this level requires speed to meet higher demand and maximize profits. If you decide to grow in this area, it’s important to position yourself as the best service in Greece. To achieve this, share photos of your work on social media and attend game stores and events where you can offer your services directly to clients. It’s advisable to start gradually in your country, building your local reputation before expanding to a global market.

Thanks for your video, a lot of people want to do this, work for his passion is great but to be honest i was wondering if the market is open. Because there is a lot of people who already paint for others, compagny, on youtube patreon so i think its difficult today to start and being famous. That's my point because i want to do it but im afraid to start and i'm not sure i have the lvl for it. My purpose is to reach what you said on lvl 2 but not sure if i have the level for it.

C'est compliqué de faire de l'argent dans la figurine, si les espagnols et les polonais ont volé la majorité du marché ce n'est pas sans raison, sur le marché mondial les polonais et les espagnols peuvent s'engraisser car leur niveau de PIB est inférieur à ceux de leurs principaux clients. Donc on a affaire à des pauvres qui travaillent à prix cassés pour des riches. Les peintres de pays riches quant à eux galèrent et c'est pas pour rien qu'en général ils affichent moins de moyens sur leurs réseaux, les seuls qui se démarquent vraiment sont les américains et les anglais mais uniquement à cause de la taille de l'audience, ce qui fait que les français sont des freelances pauvres au mieux et en général ils améliorent leur niveau de vie par le biais de leurs femmes qui comble le fric qu'ils rapportent pas dans le ménage, ce qui les fait plus ressembler à des parasites qu'à des artistes.
