I’m just on the beginning of film festival submitting. Invested 1k$ for submissions, looks like I need one more thousand to invest, based on your video.

Depend on how many film festivals you want to attend. It’s literally percentage of total amount applied. Let’s say 15-20% is a good rate of acceptance (for non scams festivals), so you you will apply for 100 festivals you will get 15-20 selections.
