I would give anything to hear this spoken in English, but nevertheless, I watched with fascination because I intend to make mugoyo! I learned recently that Ugandans for the most part have ZERO cardiovascular disease, which is the #1 killer of people in the U.S. That tells me the Ugandan diet is worth studying! I understand she was peeling sweet potatoes but I don't know what kind of beans she was using and would appreciate hearing that from whoever wants to answer.
