As salaamu alaikum Authentic or Unauthentic This is Muradabadi Biryani with a twist. It's a perfect Fusion. The Chinese food we eat throughout India is not Chinese it's a perfect Fusion. I will surely try this Biryani, I have already collected all the ingredients specially the yellow chilli powder. Thanks Mohsin for sharing this recipe. This is more like modified for Mumbai taste bcoz delhi muradabadi is different less spicies and one pot meal yakhni biryani this is more like mix of 3 kind of biryani chat masala is use is delhi achari biryani dhania pudina used in Hyderabad masala biryani and last was some base touch of muradabadi but for me I would love try this one time atleast to knew the taste
