Mia Chapman I'm happy that you found this recipe. I totally understand where you're coming from. There's maybe one other recipe similar to this one on youtube and she's a New Orleans native like we are. Don't be fooled by imitators. Glad that I will be apart of your Thanksgiving dinner this year! Let me know the results when you're done!

No problem. I put a lot of time and hard work into this video. I also have a chicken and sausage gumbo recipe as well. Only a true New Orleans native can make a good gumbo and some stuffed bell peppers. People else where don't know nothing about it lol They be putting beef and corn in gumbo. Down bad fa that one lol Leave it to us New Orleans people. We know how do it right! Once you make these recipes your family going to be raving over your cooking! They gon love it!

Hi Charlie! I love watching your videos because as a New Orleans native also, we cook so much the same. I prepare my peppers ALMOST the same as you. The difference is I use Jimmy Dean pork sausage instead of ground beef. The beef is a little to coarse for my liking. I also add the crab meat all the time. I also turn my boiled peppers upside down to drain when I remove them from the water on a paper towel lined tray until I'm ready to fill them. I love your cooking and the cleanliness in which you do it! Be blessed brother.

Wow cool! I've heard someone else say they use the pork sausage in their peppers. I know for me I only use the ground beef. I'm sure that it is good. Thanks so much for the compliments my fellow Nola native!

Hi Charlie! I just made your fried chicken last night my mom said i could sell it. Thank u so much. The only thing is the oil got to hot and the chicken got darker but needed to cook a little more in the middle. I guess i would have to buy a thermometer. I remember eating stuffed pepper when i was little but i remember rice being in it too.

Thank you so much for the compliments and for subscribing! Wow cool. Everyone seems to have ties to New Orleans which is a good thing! Yes I agree with you there are a lot of so called recipes out there that's not the real deal. Some people just do it for the likes etc. I do it to help and inspire others!
