INGREDIENTS FOR PROTEIN SAUCE
6 fresh tomatoes
3 large onions
5 Scotch bonnet
2 red bell peppers
3 scotch bonnet
Oil for frying'
1/2 spoon of curry
1/2 spoon of Thyme
1tspn salt
2 seasoning cubes
For the chicken stock..
2 full chicken + half turkey
2tspn thyme
2 tspn Curry powder
3 seasoning cubes
1 tspn of cinnamon
2 Onions
Salt
1 spoon of ginger
1 spoon of chilli flakes
