500g all-purpose flour
180g butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
½ cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
250g milk or water
Fish rolls filling:
tuna
onions
curry
vegetable oil
thyme
Scotchbonnet pepper
all-purpose seasoning
Note: When making your dough, when you see you're getting the right consistency you need, then you can add more milk or water.
