How many days in advance can you make fondant cupcakes ? Also, how should we store them if made in advance. I love your recipes and made one that was delicious but unfortunately I put it in the refrigerator and the fondant melted and ruined my design. Can a heavy cream frosting be used instead of buttercream? Thank you so much again
