@@Manell90210 You can pour the ganache about an hour before you eat it and let it sit in the fridge, it will set just fine if you have a very cold fridge. You could also put it in the freezer and it'll be ready even quicker!

Wow😳this looks so easy and amazing .I'm surprised there is no gelatine used. My concern is without the use of gelatin will this stay out in room temperature for long or will start melting sooner. Wanna make this for someone and need to carry it . Hence asking
