I tried this on my hair, one tip I have is instead of the claw clip just use a hair tie. For me it worked better and stayed more in place but if a claw clip works for you that great too! Wonderful video!

@@whoareyouactually If you have a rat tail comb, use the tail and draw a zigzag all the way from the middle top of your forehead down to your neck to create a zigzag parting :) If you don't have a rat tail comb you can use a chop stick or something like that lol (I used to use my fingernails)

Я несколько лет свои длинные волосы вымою с вечера, высушу, ничем не брызгаю, просто беру пояс от махрового халата, складываю вдвое, фиксирую на голове середину пояса заколкой с зубьями и начинаю карждую сторону наматывать таким же способом. Но у самого основания челки делала 3-4-5 обмотов в сторону затылка, а потом аккуратно переходила на обмотку в сторону лица, пока не заканчивались воллсы, в конце крепила резиночками. Мой муж всегда мне говорит, что я похожа на богиню, т.е. такая ночная прическа очень красиво смотрится! Попробуйте девочки на длинные волосы! Спать удобно, конечно в самую первую ночь было непривычно, поэтому сильно не затягивайте волосы, чтобы аж глаза на лоб, как видимо я и сделала, иначе придется ослаблять пряди, а потом уже превыкаешь так спать! Зато наутро готовая прическа на работу, которая очень хорошо держится сутки!👍

Those are called Rag Curls. Depression era, my Mom said were very popular

For rag curls you get long, thin pieces of scrap fabric and wrap lots of small individual curls so they come out like ringlets. You tie the middle of the rag to the hair sections so there's two strands. First you wrap the hair round one half of the rag then you wrap the second half around the hair to enclosed the curl you just made. This is how we did it when I was a flower girl when I was a little. It took hours to do mine and the other girls hair. We did it two nights before the wedding and wore them all the day before and the second night. It was curly for a week, really curly!
