Recipe Adapted from ‪@NYTCooking‬
Vegan ice cream base: cooking.nytime...
Once the sugar has dissolved into the milk mixture, add 1/2 cup freshly ground coffee beans and let steep for two hours. I found this gave a deeper, richer coffee flavor (similar to cold brew) than the suggested 30 minute steep.
