Ingredients
500g flour (medium strength 10-11% protein)
310g water
6g fresh yeast (2.5 instant, 3.5 active dry yeast )
10g sugar
10g salt
40g extra virgin olive oil
Bake in preheated oven 200°c for 20-25 minutes
