spread some peanut butter and strawberry jam on the pancakes, roll 'em up and cut them into small pieces, then sprinkle some cocoa powder or colourful sprinkles on top: peanut butter jelly sushi!! :) sounds weird but that's actually one of my favourite things to start my morning with! :)

You can use seasoned cottage cheese in it (lemon zest, some lemon juice, some sugar in it etc.),I think that's a classical type of pancakes here in Hungary, oh and of course some vanilla sauce on the top yummy :) The other one can be a little bit time-consuming called Gundel style pancake... well look for it :) i promise it's one of the most delicious topping
