So, have you tried freeze drying your eggs? I find it works great, and if you need eggs for baking etc, you just add water, let set for 10ish minutes. Freeze dry, then blend into powder.

Put your noodles on wire coat hangers to let them dry. You can hand on doorframes

I let it dry out completely for a few days then just store in storage containers or ziplocks. Just something that is air and moisture tight 😊
