aoa. why do we have to clear history first? furter more, i made account in US paypal. it gave option of pakistani number so i put that. i confirmed my email aswell. but at the time of linking paypal to payoneer i am unable to complete that. i recieved 2 amounts in payoneer by paypal but paypal declined my accpunt saying "payment didnt make through of your account". and my account is removed. now i requested another account from payoneer but it is not linking at all. any solution please?

W salam Browser can detect device location and PayPal uses browser data to make plateform more strong. That's why it's good practice to clear browser data. We can use Pakistani phone number but PayPal recommends to register PayPal with PayPal country number. PayPal is not accepting Payoneer US Virtual accounts these days. You can link UK paypal with the virtual UK Bank of Payoneer. You can link US PayPal with a Wise account. It's working these days.

This error is very common these days. Try to link after 1 week and make sure you have verified your PayPal phone number.
