You know, I've found the easy way to chop a canned fruit. I just put the knife right in the can and cut. I don't know if it would work with other things but fruit is soft enough I've always had it work! I'm a wimp when it comes to heat so I'd leave the jalapenos out but that looks so good! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
