I can tell you this about how people treat you. I let myself go in my mid 30s to early 40s. I am 5'3 and my weight shot up to 250lbs. And I got injured in a auto accident. After I started dieting and exercising. And lost 100lbs. All of a sudden. Women started finding me attractive again. Even being disabled. I know for a fact. That the better you look, and the better shape you are in. Unfortunately the better people treat you.

As a 5'7" guy I appreciate this. I think every little thing helps when it comes to respect, being very good at a certain sport, your position in a company etc... I do notice taller people command respect easier in a new scenario, whether it's a work reunion, a nightclub, people just immediately suck up to a taller person. In that sense I do like that video calls and working from home became more common since the pandemic since there is less of a judgement on physical appearance. However, now that things are still moving back to normal, and physical presence is a thing, I think these tips are important.

I just wanna clarify about the research part... I'm a nutritionist, I know how to read research it doesn't matter the field you're taught how to properly break down research. Whenever you see these sample size research paper it's always in reference to what's known as a "Observational report", realistically there's no way to determine if a tall person in this situation is having more sexy time then a shorter person. This is why observational and epidemiological reports are the weakest form of research, there's never a reasonable conclusion, resolution and causation you're literally taking a sample size with flawed naunce and doing your best to make any passable conclusive based off that sample pool so to my short kings, it's just not accurate realistically speaking to say that tall men have more sex or make more, that statement is based off flawed and inconclusive suggestive research, I know dozens of shorter men (5'7 and under) who have absolutely no problems pulling women hey most of them have me beat by a mile along most of my tall friends so never let this so called "Research" to get you down, if you're goal is make more money then you better Kevin Hart that shit, get your self together and in a position through trial and error and create that fucking life for you. If you're goal is to get more bi*ches, same rule applies although getting rich really does help for women these days. Actually the fact that I'm 5'7 and have a nice body backfires even the slightest form of I couldn't lift something with the first try because it was morning and I just woke up or I thought it was lighter so I used less power for the first try etc.. they say "oh I thought you were working out" even when it doesn't make sense 😂. And for some odd reason I have huge arms and forearms like really big compared to my body (ig genetics) and people when they see me they say "yeah big muscles but can you fight" and that all of them could beat a bodybuilder because they are really fast in terms of punching and we move slow like wtf is going on with these people why would you even start a conversation about fighting for no particular reason. And the fact that my job needs you to have strength makes it even more challenging they see everything as a competition with me.
