How to Make Peppered Chicken | Incredibly Delicious Chicken in Pepper Sauce

Peppered Chicken is cooked chicken Stewed in pepper sauce with so much flavor, vegetables and full yumminess.
This you can pair with Rice, Beans and Yam. In this video I had this incredibly delicious Peppered chicken with some Fried Yam which was a great choice and perfect pair 👍

INGREDIENTS
1 whole Hard Chicken
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Thyme
3g seasoning powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Onion chopped
2 clove garlic
1 Scotch bonnet pepper (opt)
Cook chicken until 💯 soft
Fried on medium heat until slightly brown.
SAUCE;
1 Red bell pepper
4 Red frying pepper
1/2 Onion
2 clove garlic
2 Scotch bonnet pepper
Fried with,
6-8 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 tsp curry
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/3 tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
Added,
70ml Chicken stock
GARNISHED,
1/2 Red onion
2 sprig spring onion
1/2 yellow frying pepper & green pepper.
Served with fried Yam
