Maybe some tips to be careful, or take care APC cleaners residue , specially for new detailers that they are scared from white residues, or old plastics discolouration ........witch .... happens commonly in.. real detailing life..... But ....this is the reality of daily Detailing,and materials aging and venting and plastic's production quality. Apc residue and plastic's discolouration....looks the same but are 2 different problems.

Hi Dave thanks for another great tutorial! Please could you let us know either in a video or a short show we can get sudsy shampoo. What are the dilution rations and how can we get it to suds up the way you do in your videos! Also within this video could you also tell us the best wash mitt that you recommend? For example at the moment I use a noodle wash mitt and it doesn’t foam up the way yours does. Appreciate it in advance 😊
@epicdetailingv22 жыл бұрын
Hello on every video I list the shampoos I use. Epic automotive zesty lemon Shampoo is designed to give you the best of everything. I also sell wash mitts now on my store too 🙂

I've found that a Melamine Foam Eraser (Magic Sponge Eraser) is great for Seat Stripes, especially on Alcantara. It only takes a feather-light drag up and down to produce a good result. A bonus is that you can cut the sponge to the desired width too! 😁

I had a vehical the other day it had a really tight woven floor mats how would u stripe those coz I really struggled
@epicdetailingv22 жыл бұрын
Like merc ones? or vw? some mats are just awful to work with . these methods in the video will get the best results as you want to fluff up the fibres. Brushes will also work as bristles can get into the fibres easier than rubber on really tough mats but some are just not possible too

Do you need to spray mats first ?
@epicdetailingv2 Жыл бұрын
no but it does help stiffen up the fibres if use air freshener

Not a fan of stripes myself think they're a waste of time 😬
@epicdetailingv22 жыл бұрын
Fair play its not for everyone. I only do it on the mats on certain cleans so depends on whether the clients like it or not
