✨Gola kebabs✨
Ingredients:
1 medium sized onion
5-6 garlic cloves
Small piece of ginger
2-3 medium sized green chillies
2 tbsp oil
Blend everything together, then add spices:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
400 gm boneless chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
First, blend all the ingredients together until well mixed. If needed, add bread crumbs. Using skewers, shape the chicken mixture onto them, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to ensure they set properly.
Next, wrap each prepared kebab tightly in aluminum foil, sealing both ends securely. Place the foil-wrapped kebabs in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove them from the water using tongs and allow them to cool for 15-20 minutes.
Once cooled, remove the aluminum foil and slide the kebabs off the skewers. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until they are golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
