I am loving all of your videos man. I love to cook and your tips are so straightforward and easy to watch unlike some of the cooking channels that require a five star kitchen, sue chef, and magic. Will definitely be sharing! Keep it up!!

You made it look easy. I never would of thought of turning the flame off and just letting the egg's sit in the pan. Thank you for the great video.

I never do the 3rd flip- I always do the single fold-over. I am always unsure if the "gooey part will cook" to my liking so I just go with the flow each time. I have a small appetite so I do 1 whole egg & 1 1/2 with diced veggies. Thanks for this! :)

this is similar to the Martha Stewart way to cook them. i tried this the other day here at the hotel and had to throw away 3 out of 4 eggs. my tried and true way has always been boil the water then add your room temp eggs. boil for 10 min then take off the heat and leave them in the hot water for 10 min. then cold water bath them and leave them in the water in the fridge. the colder the egg the easier it is to peel. plus peeling under running water helps loosen the membrane. just another way to try people. still love your vids.

your egg looked good I use Ice after the water cool some what. to get the eggs cold fast. Seems like the faster it cools the better it peels. I think due to condensation built up inside the egg.

Jeff Horton so true jeff. the colder the better for peeling. i happened to see this on a cooking show. it works best. hot eggs are worthless trying to peel. lol

Just don't get why you would wait 18 minutes while you can do it in half the time while the water is boiling. And for the cooling, it's far more effective to take the eggs out of the hot water and put them in cool water... less water spilled.

They overcook and become rubbery. Eggs should never be boiled, they should be steamed
