Yeah poached eggs are (based on my observations) one of the least-often made because they're obnoxiously tricky if you only know the theory of how to do it. And thanks! That was/is my first galaxy hoodie I ever got

Why??? The pan is the flat surface but your egg turns out really round? Mine looks flat and it didn’t “stand up” and “dance” around like that? Why??? I don’t get it? Can you?😭😢 How high is the water in your pot?:(((
