Hi, thanks for engaging. Just seeing your comment. Hope it’s not late? You can get the skeleton from the market. Most shops where hat/fascinator materials are sold, also sell handfan skeleton. It comes in different shapes and sizes.

You can’t use wardin alone. If you can’t find the wooden skeleton, you can use thick Maco alone.
