Thought I would discover a trick for pizza on my TRAEGER... Wrong... Mine won't do 500 degrees.... Even the new one I'm looking at won't reach 500...

Hi Cuda, which model are you looking at? All of the new Traeger models will hit and maintain 500˚ F. the only grills that won't are the Pro22 and Pro34 Models. Chef Jason

Hi again, so here is a recipe we did with max temp of 450˚F - give this one a try. the Pro34 should reach 420-450 temp range depending on outside temps. You can still use this method in the above video, but it will take a bit longer. Oil the crust to help it get browned and crispier at a lower temp..
