Depends on the matchup, both builds that I use are in the discord channel wow ui and macros

Should impact both in a positive way right? More damage for mastery build, but faster ticks and recast for haste /shrug. seems win win

Yes but they need the 30-40y range and sleep not on cd and maybe root on 30sec not a min, then they can be S teir with no 1shot
