Yes !!....I checked my local Asian store and they have the Mee Chun Preserved Plum... so I'm going to make the plum sauce. Great to make a large quantity of this delicious sauce. My friends will be happy! It's the first time I've used these plums....can I do more with the rest of preserved plums? Thanks

At first I thought there weren't enough plums in the recipe...but when I made the sauce there was definitely enough plums. ...I did indeed add a little more sugar. I can't believe how good the taste is...now there is such a nice balance in the recipeI compared it with the ``Pantai brand''.......this brand is so sweet with a lot of thickener. Thank you very much for the beautiful recipe.
