Hi..I tried to make earrings from modelling clay..the one that air dries..but they broke..is it cuz they were not dry enough..do you recommend polymer clay to be better for earnings and figurines?thx

This is not a good way to open and close jump rings. If a beginner tries to open and close jump rings like this I guarantee their jump rings will totally lose the diameter and shape and won’t be a secure finding. Otherwise I totally enjoyed your video and kudos for you on the actual amount of time needed for the clay!!!

I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! I know that opening jump rings wide may distort the shape, but for this particular style they need to be opened this way in order to go over the thickness of the clay earring ☺️ I hope that helps! If you have any tips feel free to send them over! 🩷
